It's a fish,shrimp, pepper (chilli) paste 'can also be used as a spread'

Meat eaters, restricted/special diets(or others) seem to be be phased by this one n only of interest to the discerning palate

I have lived and worked in Ghana and if it came from there I don't think you're missing out on anything
