I have seen one before but unfortunatley dont have any pictures, it was an Irish bred Stafford X Hines bred AB and to me basically just looked like a small performance type AB or if you like a really large Staff.

If you have a look in the free ads there are usually adverts for them sometimes with pics not that I agree with just crossing any old dogs for the sake of crossing but there you go.

That looks like an AmStaff to me personally - I think the cropped ears are done regularly on the AmStaff but never heard of them being done on the AB or SBT? Nice looking dog. I actually like the cropped look on some dogs providnig its done right I think it sets them off.

Can I ask what would be the benefits of such a cross ? I mean both are nice breeds in their own rights

We will agree to disagree Gems that’s another one for heated debates that has all ready been gone over....several times lol.

Lel I was thinking the same thing I cant see the need for it myself, there seem to be a lot of xs around these days DDB X SBT, AB X DDB, AB X CC, Presa X AB, SBT X Presa the list is endless if you go onto the free ads or E & M.

Whilst I dont have an objection if the cross improves on the two original lines and you have a set goal in mind and you have and all the relevant testing is done I cant help but think alot of teh crossing that takes place is experimental because they can

the reason I ask is surely it would only over exaggerate the staffy
( a cause of much debate already with the way some lines are going) and reduce the size of the AB ? Just seems an odd cross (in my eyes) and cant see what you would gain?

Thanks everyone, the reason i asked was not because i was planning on breeding the two or anything. i was curious on what one would look like as my mates staffy looks like hes got some AB in him as he is a big fella and wanted to see what a staffy x AB looked like.
