Pumpkin Pie

Mum-in-law cooked dinner for me, Greg and Joseph tonight - Kev away, they got us out of the way of the trick or treaters.

She did Pumkin Pie for dessert, I was dubious about it, as were they so we didn't tell the boys what was in it.......until they finished it seconds later, it was absolutely gorgeous!!

Might have to have a go myself!

Was a big tradition back home...love it.

I stayed with a family from New Zealand for a time, and they made pumpkin soup - absolutely GORGEOUS! If I find a recipe I will be buying up the (now) cheap Pumpkins and make some myself!
