i guess i am sort of lucky we have a seperate water heater we didn't get round to fitting a combi ...so at least i have hot water ...heating i can live without a bath i can't LOL

having a new radiator as we speak OH is fitting it so we can get some heat back on ...am home tonight from work my boss has changed my shift as am still clearing up and am shatterd from being awake most of the night

next step is to rip up bathroom floor and hall carpet which is under a year old
start getting quotes to replace them
