There are some lovely people in the world

I only belong to two other forums, one to do with the dogwatch thing and the other is just for setters, so nothing that could compare with Dogsey in my eyes. The setter one I've only just joined so still getting to know people

Anyway, I happened to put a thread on the setter one about Hen getting attacked etc., and one of the members said she thought she knew who I was, and I am welcome to use their paddock, about 10 mins drive away, to let Henry have a safe walk without the fear of being attacked.

It is amazing how many of the setters have been attacked by offlead dogs, both here and abroad, we have come to the conclusion it is because they won't fight back that they must give some vibe out..it's horrible even thinking about it, but at least now he can go over there, and we can chill out

Thanks Ladies...I really miss having all that land for the dogs to run about in, without a care in the world...I'm off to buy a lottery ticket...how much chilling could all that money buy us if we won?

Thats a lovely thing to do - hope you enjoy using the paddock, setters sound just like the Spinones.. picked on because wont stand up for their soppy selves.

That is lovely, enough to restore your faith in human nature. All supposing you had lost it
