It's the solar panel for the aerator for the pond. We did have a cat scarer thingy and it did work but not as well as Pepsi

The delectable, sun worshipping Pepsi doing what she does best After all the vile weather we had over winter I think out dogs are making the most of the sunny weather

That flower bed looks beautiful ..... I can't wait to see photo in a few months when your garden is in full bloom .. that's assuming you'll share you garden with us this year
