its quite easy to turn them off + on again + when i did my update mine was ran on my microsoft update so i didnt have to turn it all off + on but in your case i wouldnt bother i wouldnt want you to lose your work stuff

yeah, the thought was soooo scary it stopped me in my tracks. It would take ages to back everything up as well.

Great isnt it!!! You dont have to use the 'Zune' wallpaper which automatically switches on though Corrie (the one with the crowd of people) and can still pick one of your own.
