Can you speak to both Yahoo and Msn friends, or do you all have to be signed up to this service?

you can talk to your msn friends but im not sure about the yahoo contacts.

Open messenger up and at the top click on help and at the bottom of thw window that opens click on about messenger that will tell you what version you got.

With live messenger you can talk to others while appearing off line also you can change the name of your contacts (just on your messenger) so when some one changes their name to all sysbols you can change that to what they are really called or what you want to call them.

I have never had any problem with msn at all

TeenyTiny, thats probably just because it is a weekend, there is alot of usage on the web at weekends, most people are off work and want to catch up on things.
