Met some new (to me) breeds today :o)

We took Lily to puppy class this morning and I met a Pyrenean Mountain Dog called Nora and an Otterhound called Charlie

Never seen either breed in the flesh before and Nora was simply a gorgeous ball of fluff

Charlie was an adult dog who's come from rescue and had found his forever home with this couple - He was lovely too, much bigger than I expected him to be and WoW when he barked, well bayed is more like it, it sounded so cool

In the 80's I had a Pyrenean Mountain Dog called Sabrina ... what a lovely dog!

They're marvellous guard dogs because they sleep most of the day and stay awake during the night ... they don't bark much just woof!

I only had her for a year as sadly she she got out of the garden one day and was hit by a passing car.

I love Otterhounds, they are on my 'one day' list!
