Cobbies progress (Piebald Gypsy Cob)

Well Cobbie arrived a week and 3 days ago..

Here are some pics of his progress..bearing in mind he is 3yrs old has lived in a field with lots of other horses for all that time and has never had anything done with him other than have a headcollar on to hold him for the farrier..

A stable for the first time..was Mondays treat

Tuesday was a rug

Wednesday was time for a saddle *its Tinks saddle*

Thursday was not a good day..he decided he was a showjumper and tried to get out OVER the stable door..doing this..

He had Friday, Saturday and Sunday off

Then on Monday he did this..

*yes I know she's missing a hat..I only realised when I looked at her after videoing that it was gone! she had just got off Tink so I just assumed it was still there*

Then on Tuesday he tried a "bit"

Standing waiting tonight waiting on CJ & Tink coming back from a hack..watching for her..

Tonight he had CJ on his back again..with hat this time!!

What a lovely boy he is and he's doing so well considering all the new experiences he's coming across. You cant beat a good old cob!

Thank You...he's a dude...had an "adult" on his back last night rather than a child and never bothered..even walked him out along a strange path with her on his back and he was good..didn't freak when she kicked him on either..he just seemed to know it meant walk on..
