Pipex upgraded me

Had a call from pipex the other day to say our package was a bit out of date and they were upgrading us. Once I realised it wasn't going to cost anymore I just went ito yep, yep, yep, uh'uh, uh'uh mode.

Anyway I just noticed today it's changed from 2.2mb/s to 8.0mb/s
