Siemens SF65 help!

i have a Siemens SF65. does any1 have 1 and if so do you know how to get the pic off the phone and on to your PC?
i have tried every thing and i cant do it, i have also tried to send them to my pc by email and i cant do that either i cat work this bloody phone out and its doing my head in. yes i have read all the info that come with the phone but it said nowt about pic
