If the only breeds of dog you have so far owned are quieter, naturally obedient types, this may not be the right dog for you.
what other breeds are in your 'hybrid'

Pardon for reading the entire thread, but I read the last page...

I am a bit bemused. I cannot understand why someone who wants a dog in their home, doesn't get a dog? Why someone who has any interest in conservation, especially of animals and their habitat, doesn't leave wolves alone?

What am I missing?

I love cats. I would love to own a white tiger. However, I respect them enough that NO MONEY ON EARTH would possess me to have one.

He's mixed with GSD and Malamute. Its up to the individual dog owner which type of dog they want to own. There are many 'dangerous in the wrong hands' domestic breeds of dog too. Responsible dog owners who control their dogs, and keep them for life are entitled to own any breed they like.

I think this thread is aimed at dogs bred from real wolves.

Still havn't worked out how to put pics on. Something I have learned since I got him is how so many of the people involved with wolfdogs [not tarring everyone with the same brush] are fueding, bitching, bickering, slagging other peoples dogs off so they can sell their own etc. I have already been reported to the council by one of them, it hasn't worked, I can prove he's legal, but I no longer trust anyone, so will be keeping any further info about him under my hat.
