sol training last weekend

some clips of the merley monster last weekend, for those of you that might be concerned, I don't scruff my dogs or hang them up by their collars, he is wearing a harness and I have hold of him by that in the first clip

and one of him at bromsgrove in september so you can see the difference between good boy at training sol and mad merley monster At the end of the second clip you can hear both me and the judge shrieking because he got his weaves and we had been having trouble with those....

Thankyou, he's not as confident as it appears but he is getting there and he does really enjoy himself as you can see

:smt018 nope, he does have a harness on though does that count? We have now started weaning him off the pots and he targets the ground, he also starts every lesson by putting himself on each contact to show me how clever he is so it does appear to work a little too well.... It's all done on the release, the dog is trained to go to the end and stop and not move until you tell it too, sometimes he pretends he hasn't heard me and keeps targetting

bless him!! the joy of that method is that you can easily chain back if you need to or at any time just to reinforce! Supa!
