You could also get a kickbike.. which is basically an oversized scooter.. You attach the dogs the same way and hold on!!! they are a bit cheaper and you can get a new one from Belize bikes in Canada they do a Toucan which works out to be about £120 incuding delivery but it takes about 6 weeks

I admit I am a tad jealous tho. I have 2 full teams of huskies that need to be exercised but no dry land cart.
Lots and lots of running for me.
About your baby, I can fully relate to your remark about her looking forward to doing it herself.
My daughters are the same.
