June - good to hear that Zen is a little less sore she must be over the worst of it. Just a question of time for the rest of her recoverey.
Good news over the camper van Harvey - but even better news over the impending new "girlie" pal for Casey.

She's having a small baked potato in her meals as well as white cabbage being included in her veg, Arnica tablets for the pain and Golden Paste for the pain as well. Am taking a bit of everything from all the excellent help and advice I've received from all the people on here vastly more experienced than myself. She's definitely happier in herself.

The golden paste should help if there is any inflammation as well which I think there could be.
Nice to be able to help June you have given some good advice to some if us in the past and sowed support.

Well LG I guess 12% is better than 0% and I do hope it continues to improve, your posts on here always bring a smile to my face, something I am often in need of especially when trying to sell a camper van to a long stream of 'tyre kickers'

Thank you LG, so many people have been so kind rpto me this evening...I am well hammered, alcohol is really bad...I know but it's what gets me through....several pints, my mates and a good old cry...been out with daddy and spilt my guts, he said go with my gut and if it feels wrong....it is, trouble is, when you have fallen it isn't that easy to disentangle.....several people have said I am beautiful inside and out and is loss but it doesn't help....several have said if they were younger they would take me up but again.....
