I recently purchased a puppy from Poplar Farm. The adverts say a few Border Collies usually available - there were many more than that when I visited and I reported them to the licensing authority and two local RSPCA's. Apparently the original licensing authority and RSPCA did - three years or so ago - check out the farms the puppies were then coming from - but have not updated check ups and I believe the situation has grown badly from there. My puppy was supposedly vaccinated on the farm, it says so in the multiple adds this establishment has placed for border collie puppies. Simply google Border Collie puppies for sale Norfolk and Suffolk and multiple ads on multiple sites will come up. My puppy was seriously ill and ended up on a drip overnight at the vets after developing bloodied stools and chronic vomiting. She has recovered and is home, thank goodness.
