If you win something and you are overseas, can you nominate an individual or charity to get it?

How is it judged, just lucky dip or most traffic, or most interesting/funny/moving vote by mods?

It is random. Go to where it says "Your Profile" on the left and if, as on a bonus day, you have fulfilled the "task", your Profile will come up saying so, so just click on where it says to get your number.
