Cool Chinchillas.

Well yesterday after getting one of the chinchilla's granite tiles out of the fridge I thought that I would get some photos of them using it, so here they are.

The first few are Misty.

A cheaper alternative I learnt about when I had chinchillas (and now use for my rats) is to buy some value baked beans and freeze them - because they're so dense, they stay frozen in the cage for longer than a bottle of water, and because the tin is metal, they're chew proof. I've bought a bunch and just rotate them between freezer and cage for my ratties - and they only cost about 20p a tin!
