ALL dogs are dangerous (ask my friend savaged by a chihuahua)

I live with a so-called dangerous dog, a brown Staffie cross with gorgeous green eyes.

He had been trained as a puppy to be used as a weapon by a drug dealer but turned out not to be aggressive enough – despite the fact he was burned on his back by a cigarette end and was thrown out of a car on a motorway, resulting in a broken leg.
Despite all of this aggression on the part of his probably young, disaffected, male owner, this dog is a sweetheart, a pussycat.

I've just skimmed this article, I have to say I like it, its probally one of the best articles I have read, talking about why and how all dogs can be aggressive, not just the 'scary' breeds.

Based on the title of the article, I wasn't going to read it. I thought it would be by some radical nutter banging on about how we should ban all dogs because they were all dangerous.

It was your comment about how good it was that made me read it. I agree, very good article and I love the cartoon, sadly so very true!

I think its a shame that people don't realise more about them, and read articles like this, instead of dog X attacked child Y because it was aggresive, not looking at why it was aggressive.

This article is a year old, but I'm part of the justice for lola group of FB and they shared it, after reading it I thought that I would too, I think that this video is a good one too, I found it a few years ago, still love it.
