Meet Pepsi's new neighbour.

Nelly came to say hello today. She is only 2 years old but knows just how to keep Peps in order.
Pepsi is so full on but after a few growls they ended up being good friends.
She is a JRT x Chi

She looks a bit wary of him. I take it the photo was taken just after they met for the first time.

No they had both been chasing around the garden and had stopped for a rest.
Nellie's eyes make her look startled all the time

Our neighbour rescued Nellie from a family member.
She is very nervous, hates strangers and all dogs. So for her to tolerate Peps this close is really something and has taken a couple of weeks. She allows me to stroke her now and today she took a treat from Brian
I think our Pepsi has played a part in her socialisation
