God Bless everyone in London and their families. I have two good friends still unaccounted for who were in the city at the time. Please God bring them home safe. I thank God also that I was lucky enough this morning not to have been in the wrong place at the wrong time. I have never been so scared in my whole life.

Thoughts and prayers with all involved xxxx

I was deeply shocked to hear about todays events like everyone else - I pray that the many who were injured recover quickly and also for those whose relatives and friends were killed. So very sad

Reading this thread made me cry (which isn't good because I'm at college and trying to be discrete!). What made me cry was good though, it was the concern that everyone has shown and how many people come together.

All of the people involved are in my thoughts and prayers. What a sad day. How very sad that we live amongst these people.

But also, don't forget to say a prayer to say thankyou. Thankyou that we have so many caring citizens who pull together to help, thankyou that we have such a wonderful emergency services. Thankyou for the strength our fantastic nation have shown and the brilliant attitude so many people have shown in that we cannot be beaten by terrorism.
Thankyou that so many people crammed together to help and that there are so many people (like on this thread) who are so concerned.
Thankyou that people's fath has not dimmed and that prayers are still going out at all.

CC, I truly hope you hear from your Katie soon, and I will keep her in my prayers also.

Lottie

ive just been sent this prayer from my mother in law who lives in america and thought i would share it with you all

I pray that this will bless you as it blessed me.

Hello God,
I called tonight
To talk a little while
I need a friend who'll listen
To my anxiety and trial.
You see, I can't quite make it
Through a day just on my own...
I need your love to guide me,
So I'll never feel alone.
I want to ask you please to keep
My family safe and sound.
Come and fill their lives with confidence
For whatever fate they're bound.
Give me faith, dear God, to face
Each hour throughout the day,
And not to worry over things
I can't change in any way.
I thank you God for being home
And listening to my call,
For giving me such good advice
When I stumble and fall.
Your number, God, is the only one
That answers every time.
I never get a busy signal,
Never had to pay a dime.
So thank you, God, for listening
To my troubles and my sorrow.
Good night, God, I love You too,
And I'll call again tomorrow!

god bless you and yours x x

I thought it was a nice prayer and whether you are christian or not thought you may like it.
