National database for looking up pedigrees? (Labs)

In my friends continuing search fir her puppy she has come across a local litter with low hip and elbow scores and clear eye tests.

She has seen all the certificates and the 5 gen pedigree.

I am trying to help her by finding out about the sire and dam.Is there a national database fir looking into pedigrees? I know about the kennel club health check search but wondered if there was something else?
