Scratching, licking and noise sensitive

My 18 month old boy has exhibited different behavior since he started having fly-catching seizures in Oct. He is on 120 mg Pheno am & 120 pm. Since then he has become noise sensitive, very itchy, and often obsessively licks his paws. He takes allergy pills daily, doesn't seem to help much. He is really scared of typical house noise which he never was before. Anyone else notice this with their dogs.

By "fly-catching seizures" I presume you mean Focal Seizures, and noise sensitivity and obsessive licking are all symptoms of such seizures.

Ester C helps wonders for allergies. Dallas is on a daily dosage and has cleared up much of his allergies.

He could be experiencing a mini seizure. I say this because my baby Belle suffered from seizures and I would "time them", 5 minute -vs- 15 minutes in length. I do hope he's doing better for seizures are difficult.

I am going to try Ester C - thanks..I certainly hope it is not mini seizures because he scratches, licks and chews his paws a lot. These behaviors can last a long time. It drives him crazy ( me too). Thankfully his fly-catching seizures are under control. I will ck in with his neuro tomorrow. I already asked her about this behavior and thats when she suggested benedryl. I appreciate responses.
