Have missed a few days Wed, went to the TIA (stroke) clinic where they did every kind of test you could imagine, the end result was the consultant telling me that I definately did not have a minor stroke the week before but he couldn't say what did happen. Felt a bit of a fraud but I suppose it's good to have these things checked out. Feel fine now.

Lynn, was sorry to read about your sister. I had to walk past the cancer clinic waiting room on Wed. and was thinking about her and hoping that the new chemo will help her.

Pleased to read they've finally sorted the car.

Are you OK Griff, sorry to hear you're Home Alone. Not much I fancied on telly, watched X Factor, then Casualty, rest of X Factor on plus one, then got girls brekkie ready and went for a soak. Back is easing up a little after 3 days of keeping me awake half the flaming night!
Really cold here tonight, kept finding Mabs and Zen out, then just Mabs and the last 2 checks everyone in bed. I mean they've got nice deep beds and they want to lie outside in the cold, definitely a sandwich short of a picnic
