I got a really nice set of them from a local bookshop i must say they were expensive but everytime iv done them theyve worked! I was so shocked the 1st time lol :P now i practice them all the time

There is one constant with all of this - i have to have music on in the background, I work with my MP3 on all the time and listen to a fairly eclectic mix of things

*Springers, especialy mine ;o).
*Singing (I used to do alot but not so much anymore) - jazz/blues/soul and musicals.
*Reading - I get through at least one book every few weeks.
*Animal Welfare - I do a lot of Orca campaigning and work for an animal welfare charity.
*Yoga - I practice Karuna yoga, a type of Iyengar.
*Camping
*Kayaking
*Musical theatre - I just love the west end!
*Tea - I'm abit of a fan of tea and am learning all about it and all the different types at the moment.
*Tea cups - I collect teacups, one of my favourite being a platinum edged, green and blue from the Chinoiserie era.
*Asia - I adore all things from the orient, the patterns, the silks, the colours and have spent many years travelling Asia. It's my favourite place to be.
