Don't judge me but...........

As per the title, i hope i'm not going to get a slating for this as it is literally only a temporary measure until Monty is a bit bigger or I find something more suitable.

Anyway I really want to start getting him to eat from a raised bowl as he's going to be a big lad so I decided to do a bit of DIY this evening....................

And just to prove that he's not a hard done by dog and is well loved and looked after here he is enjoying his brand spanking new basket......

And one of his other favourite places to sleep:

Hope you liked and thanks for looking!!

He is a stunning boy!

I think that is ingenious, how clever. Monty is a lovely boy, love his face.

Here is one of Mo beside her "table" that her Dad made her.

BTW I don't think he will be scared for life for just a few short weeks of Pilzen, I daresay Losos will recognise the brand

Aww thanks for the comments, it's not just a box though. Its also weighted down with a large stone from the garden so least he won't push his dinner from one end of the kitchen to the other anymore!!

Fantastic idea!!!! Love your cheeky Boxer's face - what a sweetie!

Think I'll make my Chis a bowl box like that, out of a tissue box

Good idea, I have been using upturned plant pots for year, a lot cheaper and work just as well.

Why would you be judged? That is brillaint!
With my two the problem was Inca just could not drink from a bowl without standing in it.... and as a big dog she has big feet which would make my kitchen a mess!
But I also needed a water bowl that little Tonto could drink from, s it couldn't be raised..... and big enough for them both so I wasn't filling it every 10 minutes.
There were similar bowls available but all far too expensive and small so for the grand price of 99p I made my own from a 3 litre cheapy tupperware type tub.
Cut the hole in the top, melted the edges against a candle so they were smooth, and it does the job perfectly!
