wiping your dogs butt!!!!!!!!!

right then this may seem odd to some (well it did to me anyway) but i just came accross someone on another forum saying they wipe their dogs bum after no.2's i've really never heard of this being done before and i'm interested to see if anyone on here does it?

I Am One Of Them Who Does This I Have Long Coated Border Collies And If Theyve Been Bad It Can Be Very Messy On There Back Coats So I Clean Them Up That Is The Only Time I Do It

Do just about everything else for em.... but no think I'd draw the line at that one... have seen it before though, used to be an old lady lived round the corner from me, she used to lift her lil Yorky Terrier up onto the wall and wipe it's bum... wee bit extreme I'd say

I have only ever done it a couple of times when Max has had a really bad tummy bug. It's not something I make a habit of and I think Max has been a bit confused when I've done it!

Well... having big hairy dogs I have to say NOOOOOOOO unless they make a mess and even then its a hose and a hold of the tail!!!

BUT saying that I did once witness a woman wiping her Corgi's bum!!!!!!!!!!!

I haven't had to for Ivan so far but I would if he needed it done. Like Ian I do about everything else for him. My Mum's friend used to do it for her Cav girl.
