Might put some lavender on the kids pillows, then they might fall asleep earlier at night

Hi

Well it smells nice..................... but apart from that no!

I'm reading the last part of The Clan of cave lions (dont know the title in english, so directly translated from danish ) its not boring, so maybe I should switch to poems or something

Bellaluna - Is that by Jean M. Auel?
If it is...then the English title for the first book is Clan of the Cave Bear
I'm on the 4th book of the series.

They are excellent!!

Have you tried Valerian? It is a herbal specific for insomnia, nervous tension & anxiety. Otherwise get a TV in your bedroom - plenty of mind-numbing programmes to send you off
