I was on the look out for a smooth collie before Frodo, but all the breeders plans I was in on fell through, so I guess it was never meant to be lol

Thanks folks; re: Cooper he isn't actually a smooth collie...he is a rough collie from smooth breeding and if anywhere else on the continent would be registered as such
