Trix (Mali x GSD) & Chad (GSD) with their TD Rally awards

TD Rally held their Spring Fling event on Monday.
I entered Chad & Trix....Chads 4th event & Trixies 2nd ( I got us eliminated on our 1st try, by touching her )
Chad was a good boy as usual, but I lost us a station by putting my foot in a crack in the ground & taking an extra step (still suffering with my back after that)
Trix was hyper as usual & we whizzed round the course, her position changes were super fast. We weren't eliminated, so I was pleased just getting her round.
Chad & I also competed in the team event....by then it was hammering with rain & we were all cold & wanting to go home.
I was amazed when both of my Dogs Aced their tests, more so when we got our scores & Trixie scored 197...beating Chads 195. We also got an Ace in the team event

Aww - well done.

Is the TD version very different to the APDT style? I have not competed at either, but we train the APDT one.
