Bad news

One of my cats,Sapphire, has been under the weather for a few days...runny tummy, grumpy etc.She also started being sick today so we took her to the vet asap.
Outcome is she has a lump high in her abdomen...options are
1/ a blockage in her intestines
2/ ruptured spleen
3/cancer.
She is booked in tomorrow for surgery....
please send healing thoughts for my baby..she is only 18 months old!

Oh no. That is worrying. Best of luck for tomorrow and it is good that you got her to the vet quickly. Keep us posted.

Oh, Nikki, I'm so sorry Sapphire's under the weather.

I hope it's not as bad as you're thinking, honey.

You and Sapphire will be in my thoughts.

Hugs sweetie x00x00x00x00x

Thanks everyone.
I've just dropped her off..saw the senior vet this time.In his opinion things are not looking good.He says there is no way it is a hairballor a blockage. He has advised that we have an xray done first to make sure it 'hasn't spread'.If it has he has suggested we 'let her go'to save her sufering
