OMG, I'm about to start bubbling!

My Immortal by Evanesance does it for me too - it was released just as I was breaking up with my ex and some of the words are quite close to home. It has the same effect on my OH with regard to his ex - particularly the bit about the voice chasing the sanity etc.

"Forget me not" by Lucie Silvas makes me cry because the words make me think of a relationship that might have been, and even though I'm happy now that song can make me cry in about 2 seconds flat. It's a long long story!!!!

I'm sure there are more but if I think about it for two long, I'll spend the rest of the day sulking. It's amazing how emotive music can be!
