(Part 6) Get a quote from Virgin Pet Insurance, and add it to this thread :)

...due to popular demand I have hunted down another Insurance firm Here's part six! Virgin Pet Insurance

Previouisly we've had silimar threads with Insurance companies:

RSPCA

Pet Pals

Halifax

More Than

Direct Line

Where we wondered how the quotes would vary from person to person / breed/area etc, this time we can try:

Virgin Pet Insurance

(When I put my tel number in I usually just make one up as I don't want any phone calls 07779123456 )

If you go through the quote let us know what you were quoted Might be handy to mention the age and breed of your dog too along with what other prices you were quoted previously.

I've never heard of Virgin Pet Insurance before so am very interested in the results

We insured Ollie with Virgin as they were the best quote we found for him.
£239. 35 yearly so £22.00 roughly a month
£60 x/s necessary treatment for each illness injury or disease up to maximum £6000 and quite a few other benefits.

£12.10 a month for a 5 year old Flatcoat

I pay £14.99 with More Than for each retriever now, but I have made previous claims and they have paid out quite quickly when Casper was mysteriously lame and had MRI scans on both front legs upto his neck and also physio.

Anyone used Virgin and had to claim from them ?

£16.70 a month slightly more than I pay now for Syd but not much difference. Very similar cover as I opted for the extra cover which is £6000 per illness or accident with £60 excess.
Probably the lowest quote of all those posted so far for me.
