Ohh you sure have changed your tune - it was always goldendoodles, and labradoodles.. You would have never called them poodle crosses or let anyone else for that matter - You even planned to breed your goldendoodle I do believe it was

What the hell, seriously, doubledoodle? I thought that was the whole point of F1, F1b and F2 etc.

(Please no-one give me a lesson on the terms, im fully aware just think now using doubledoodle etc. is ridiculous. That to me is for the market, I can understand people shortening the names ie. schnoodle, cockerpoo etc.)

Why give it another name :s

Because thats what they are called thats their true names.
Perhaps i called them this just to annoy folk as i know how much you love having a dig at the so called designer dog's.
Funny that aren't all dog's designed in one way or another ?????

LOL - Ok so you call them poodle crosses on walks, but on forums their golden/labra - doodles just to annoy people. Oh I dont dig at the dogs, and have never had a dig at the owners - Have gave my opinions. Although would quite happily 'dig' if thats what you wish to call it at people that have given false facts, and plan to breed such crosses

I think the annoyance comes about when they are said to be "true"

It is a made up name it isn't true and you must know that, you dont need me to tell you, its used as it is simple to explain and sell. They are cross-breeds, i think the annoyance comes when you pretend they're something they are not. Thats not me knocking the use of these terms, but they are crossbreeds at the end of the day and I dont believe they should be any more or less than a heinz or ped as long as bred responsibly.

I am proud to own and train a beardie cross, jack cross, and a cocker poodle cross.
