Aww I'm sorry yours have blown over but I am glad you enjoyed my hooligans! They've had much fun running around like nutters this evening.

I like those although one of the reason I like city living is street lighting.

But don't you miss the stars? I get a glorious view of the night sky here as there is very little light pollution. I love it.

Same here. Light pollution is one of my pet hates. I remember when Lidls opened in Penzance and their security lights were the brightest thing you could then see taking in the vista of Mounts Bay.

But it is the fabulously LARGER number of stars, satellites and all sorts you can see in the sky where there isn't so much light pollution I love the most.

Only one in three Americans can see our own galaxy, the dazzling Milky Way, with the naked eye. Those people live far away from the lights of big cities, office buildings, and shopping malls.

I'll get off my soapbox in a minute lol!

Light pollution is stealing the night and I've 'stargazed' since I was about 14.

Daddy or Chips?
Streetlights or Stars?

NO CONTEST!

To make Eileen happy because I don't yet have any outdoor light photo's I took a video of the floaty lights in the field.

Word of warning I whistle the floaty lights at one point...

Fabulous Jen! I took Bella with the neighbours and their dog tonight and they convinced me to go further afield. Well, their dog is WHITE mine's INVISIBLE! I need one of those for Bella!
