Gordon, the way things are at the moment I think it would be wrong of me to ask more for my puppies as I am more interested in them going to people who are going to look after them and are in it for the the long term. Sometimes people have the potential to be excellent owners and the price is too high and I'm not wanting to scare people off due to price.
In the past I have let people pay on instalments, however I will never ever do that again now, people have let me down and never paid me, I know the puppies are in good homes and are well looked after, but one particular muppet has recently (in the last 2 years) totally ruined it for everyone in the future and I won't be a mug again. Sad, because there are excellent people out there who just can't afford the price upfront, and they are the real victims of it all.

TW - At least you're not daft enough to be caught twice. I have had a similar thing happen to me a good few years ago and it really soured my opinion of people. Nowadays I won't accept anything other than cash for anything. Be it goods or services if someone wants anything from me it's folding money or on their bike. Listen to me! Dear father always told me it was common to discuss money matters with anyone other than a Banker or Stockbroker and I'm rattling on like a market trader! Sorry!
