She's had a large breakfast and is currently laying on the patio sunbathing with Tucson for company. She seems happy enough at the mo. she's definitely interacting well with the others.

The results didn't come back yesterday so we now have to wait till Monday, popped to the vets to collect more pain killers for her as they are obviously helping. We stopped the antibiotics a couple of days ago as they were stressing her out too much, they are huge and she fights like crazy not to take them. The pain killer doesn't bother her at all and it's the third course of antibiotics and so far they've done nothing for her.
This morning she was dripping big blobs of blood all over he kitchen floor, I put a piece of kitchen towel to her mouth and a sizable clot came away. I can only assume she's caught the growth with her lower teeth as it extends way past her upper incisors and totally engulfs a couple of teeth. It's about an inch square and it is square in shape, nothing like a swelling at all and the bottom of it is dead flat as though it's been sliced off. It was like that from the start so it's not where the vet has taken a bit. In spite of that she was ravenous, would only eat pilchards, she made it plain nothing else would do and she's eaten 3 large cans, about 1200 grms. has taken her pain killer and is having a cuddle with Iain.

Maybe the lump coming away was good, I'm just hoping she comes through this

Well the lump is still there as she's just let me have a look, it looks the same as ever tbh. she's just scoffed 500grms of yoghurt too so she's not chucking in the towel either. It makes me feel better that she's eating even though I know it doesn't change anything it does make life easier knowing she's not starving to death. She's more herself now she's eating properly.
