I have worked in Vet, practices, for twenty five years plus had a break to have my children now 25 and28!!!! but had to give it all up to become full time carer for my FIL getting paid under£50 per week for working24/7!!!!!!!!
Now where do you think I'd rather be,as I've given up my job, most of my friends and do very little dog training now which was my only hobby having moved into N London as the miserable old s-d wont move!!!!!!!

I used to be an accounts/finance geek for a Government Department (faceless bureaucrat), spending millions of pounds of taxpayers' money (who else do you know who has written a cheque for £11,750,000 ?), then I took early severance and moved to the Twilight Zone. Now I'm disabled and doing nowt

I work as a site manager (the modern title for a caretaker) at a 500 pupil primary school.

As I'm only a 30 second drive from our local fire station, I also serve as a retained (on call) fire fighter with Bucks Fire & Rescue.

Also, I do some car valeting at the weekends, my own personal business.
