I'm watching the James Cracknell trip across USA. Over the period of 18 days he's got to cycle, run, kayak, or swim over 3500 miles!! What a fantastic feat of endurance
His first day alone he's aiming to cycle 300 miles in temperatures of well over 100 degrees. I don't think I could even run up our driveway without being out of breath
