Thank you, thank you, thank you everyone.

The main thing is that whatever it was that was in the vet's mind has proved to be foundless.

Jimmi is now on a course of low dose steroids, plus ABs and we will see how it goes. At the moment it is not clear whether the three problems (even more than usual sleeping/being sick and this sore area) are connected or just coincidental, but his blood is normal, his heart and lungs are sound and his tummy feels absolutely fine.

We are happy people tonight!

Such great news and hopefully his meds will see him as fit as a fiddle very quickly. I bet you will all get a better night sleep tonight.

Great news about Jimmi's blood tests - you must be soooo relieved. Here's hoping the medication does the trick and he bounces back to his usual self.

Yes they do! The vet didn't help either.

We will sleep really well I suspect Jenny. Jimmi of course had no trouble sleeping last night.

He actually had a zoom around tonight, and threw a toy or two around - he hasn't done that for a week or so, so it was heartening to see. Fingers crossed that the medication clears that nasty sore area up.
