Awww - i think they are lovley wonderful teddy bears, but i thought they were supposed to be a bit BO ish smelling as they got older. I have only ever really met yongish ones. I think they make the most adorable puppies though - with that big mop of hair!

Rescue is a really good option and there is a good Wolfhound rescue society. Will try and dig out the details if you like. Most of the dogs that end up there are there simply because of their size. Again, i wish people would take the time to do their research before buying a pup but i am preaching to the converted here
Yup - I have dallies and so many end up in rescue because lo and behold they don't stay tiny, podgy, spotty puppies and they are a challenging breed! So I'm definitely one of those that get wound up when people don't do their research!

I did find the wolfie rescue society - thank you. I always intended to think about rescue if I ever went for a wolfie but when I read on there all the stuff about raising puppies I thought 'whoa! Rescue it is!' I'm no good at restricting puppies from playing like idiots!
