Phew, so glad she had a fit free night and is doing much better.

You must be so relieved. Thank you for letting us know how she is - huge hugs to you both.

I hope the stunning Loki is herself again in no time

Many thanks Everyone for all your lovely words, I do so appreciate each one. Loki had a good day today and, hopefully, the fits have passed for another long time. She was more or less back to her normal mischievous self - digging into my mattress earlier but I didn't even give her a row, it was just so good to see her "misbehaving" rather than fitting!! Mind you, if that hole gets any bigger - I will be falling down it

I must ask the vet tomorrow when I phone him if I can stop the extra Phenobarb tablet I had to give her in the mornings and just revert back to the two in the morning as well as in the evening.

She is sleeping just now.

Once again, many many thanks for all your lovely words of support - each one helped me. I didn't feel so alone.

Take care and big hugs to each of you from Loki and me as well.

xxxx

Hi Rosie

Fits are so very disturbing for both dog and owner. I'll never forget my old Spaniel and the confusion it caused him. I know how you must feel.

So glad things have settled.

You are right, Phil, they do get very confused. Once Loki comes out of them, I take her a "walk" around in here to let her know where everything is again, they sniff a lot as well for a couple of days. They also forget things - something to do with brain cells but they have a lot than compensates. At least that is what I was told. She had a good day yesterday and slept all night at the side of my bed on her mattress. She is very lively again this morning!

Again, Phil, many thanks for your kind words and support. I do appreciate it.

Loki sends her thanks as well.

Big hugs to Breagh and all

Gald things seem to be calming down. Maybe that is the end of this cluster. Fudge sends hugs as ever.....
