SOME of that bacon sandwich??????? Shame on you Jackie!!! She should have got all of it and left you with that "some"!!! So, so, pleased she had a good night and that piccy says a thousand words doesn't it! I bet you don't look like that after all the worry you've had. Now enjoy your week-end with her, she's going to be fine now, spoil her rotton - as always! xxxxxxxx

Hi, I hope Cassie is ok and that her seizures can be stableised soon, It is an awfull thing to have to watch your much loved dog go through a fit

You are probally aware of what can and cant trigger her seizures, but I thought I'd put a few things up that I was told by my vet that can trigger seizures in the hope that it makes others aware.

Plug in air freshners, ie glade etc
Scented candles
Certain cleaning products that contain Pine oil/essence
Paint fumes
fly spray/insect sprays
Flea treatments
vaccinations
excitement, stress, nervousness all effect the brain signals so can trigger a seizure
Tiredness

also some herbs used in cooking, but unfortunately I cant remember all the names for them, I think sage was one but i cant be sure.

Thanks Aitch. Yes, the piccy says a thousand words alright. I've just come back from seeing my mum and Cassie met me at the door with her tail wagging and showered me with kisses so she seems fine. xxxx

Thanks LS, we had a long walk on the beach this morning and she was well up for it so she seems fine. It will be a quieter walk this afternoon as she's a bit knackered, probably from the diazepam but otherwise fine. xx
