Sorry guys, I haven't been online in ages. She has found a home and WHAT a home:

Snogging with her boyfriend (also an OAP)

And sound asleep in her very own bed:

Oh that's brilliant !

I've read back over all my initial posts early on when she was in such a state.

Made my day.

Yes, she landed on her four paws! She now resides with a good friend of mine and is in doggy heaven.

Brilliant news, she deserves the best a dog can get! That one of her sleeping made me feel like crying for her for some reason.

This is the first time I've seen this thread. I'm chuffed to bits that the old girl has found a loving home, and a boyfriend too!

All those who think that staffies are vicious, should take note of this story. It goes to show the suffering a dog can go through and still be a loving companion with humans and other dogs.

Dogs amaze me every day

Egar can you tell us what has happened to the people responsible for the terrible state this lovely hound?

Glad that she's fixed up and settled in a loving home.
