Thanks all, Im taking all your suggestions on board, have loads of time to take them all in! Its sooooooo BORING its driving me nuts! Wouldnt be so bad if I could lie on the floor, but they said definately no, getting up could make a huge step backwards, and Im not about to do that! that means upstairs all day!! So last night I watched Jaws 2, the big Shark, then Lake Placid, the big Croc (see a pattern emerging?) oh well, im just so grateful to be well again.

Its lovely coming on here for a while and reading about everybodies dogs etc.. it really is.
