I know the clocks ticking where Cariad and Lona are concerned, more worried about Cariad these days, its breaking my heart knowing I'm going to lose one of them, it doesn't seem like yesterday they were black as night because they had got in the coal bunker, or they ate the hosepipe and I couldn't work out where all the green bits of plastic were from, until I went to use the hosepipe, and now they are 2 little old ladies having sedate walks instead of being the scourge of the village I can't imagine what you must be going through with Dex, everytime you say he is ill and off to the vets I feel for you

It is the most horrid part of having animals. I know the vets will say when enough is enough, and I think Dex will let me know himself..I would really love for him to go to bed and go to sleep and that be that..so rarely happens that way but I am strong enough to do the right thing...he will fight it though which can be awful so I am lkex to believe

I know. Thank goodness when it has happened with mine they have gone very quickly, so the time was right. I had my horse, Heidi (Isis's mother) shot as it is quick, one minute she was eating grass on a sunny morning, next second she'd gone. Heard some dreadful tales about what happens with the injection and no way was I putting us both through that.
