You could be right about that Sally, is there any chance you could get it examined. Wonder what sort of life Jimmi had before you found him, old scars etc. makes yer think doesn't it.
I meant to do the Euro Millions on Friday and forgot, then it was Roll Over yesterday, and forgot again, so if I carry on like that then I've not got much chance really of getting anything other than a new bike maybe

Do thank Jimmi for his good wishes
Just a thought re Jimmi,s previous life could he possibly have been used on fox dens might explain his various scars and injuries
Have known some fox men who used to leave their dogs blocked in a den to deal with a vixen n clubs thankfully not done nowadays

TW you're like the woman who went to our lady's statue and prayed," please please please let me win the lotto. Every day for months she would plead the same prayer, please, please, please let me win the lotto.
Finally the statue looked down and said " my child, please,please,please.....buy a ticket!!!"

Ha ha Eileen, yes she is indeed that very woman!!!

Norma, Jimmi was found in Ireland and we, and the vet (although Dogs Trust refrain from making any comments about it) rather believe that he was used for badger baiting The scars on his face are consistent with that, i.e. huge ones under his chin which run up across the corner of his mouth, plus great long ones down his nose and across the tops of his eyes. They were still fairly fresh when we got him, but the fur covers some of them now. The ones on his leg were clearly very deep indeed and the hair won't grow on those. I don't like to think about it really.

So Eileen, you didn't miss it - it was just part of what he was when we got him three and a half years ago.

TW, he is due for a check up next month so I will point it out to the vet and see what he thinks.

You guessed right I think TW

The strange thing is, he is the sweetest natured dog you could wish for.......with humans. Not sure what the frogs; cats; rabbits; birds and other creatures would say though!!
