Thought i would share this, snapped quickly this afternoon when we got back from the vets Lilly meets my neighbours super massive wolf x Ben. Ben is the softest animal i have ever had the pleasure of knowing and Lilly seemed to adore him too snuggling up to him straight away, my neighbour Jim and i just stood there ahhhhing like a couple of mothers

A lovely crossing of my favourite breeds! I have Border Collies now, but my mum used to breed cockers in the 1970s. My dog pics on here are taken mainly with a Kodak digital happysnapper, although my main machine is an ageing but trusty Pentax P50 with an assortment of lenses.

Kali Kolsson, Pentax.

Thorgeir is only 18 weeks old and has been with us for only 8 (or thereabouts) of those weeks. I haven't had much chance to snap him properly! That, too, will have to wait until I get back to my own house (currently being re-jigged by social services.) I'm disabled, too, and don't have quite the photographic dexterity I used to have! Nor the ability to select the best backgrounds

He is a beautiful example for sure, i love that whispy hair he has
My philosophy on snapping dogs is quite simple, give them a field a stick or a ball on a sunny day and you really can't go wrong, they will give you their best and some of the nicest ones i got of Charlie were captured using this method

It helps if the dog is a natural "poseur"!
