Took Dawn to a Sizzling Pub called "The White house " in Rushall Walsall as a celebration of getting her dog to be a champion.
What a disaster and lodged a formal complaint as follows.
First visit and ordered at the bar, then paid upfront for the meals and drinks. Then told they had no corn on the cob so we changed the order and sat down waiting for the meal.
30 minutes later the waitress came over and said they had no spare ribs which I and my friend
particulerly wanted.
Absolutely disgusting service and possible either breach of contract-obtaining money under false pretences -or fraud.
At no time was any compensation offered and the manageress didn't appear to have any idea on how to run a pub in regards to stock checking or insuring any communication between kitchen and front staff.
If I had any influence within your organisation I would immediately send someone from head office to investigate what is actually going on as you will no doubt loose a tremendous amount of trade.
Needless to say we walked out after demanding our money back less cost of drinks.
I am now waiting for their reply.
If I ran my business the same way, well I wouldn't have a business. In this case I would have thought the first priority was to make sure you had the food to sell or at the very least a notice saying what was removed from the menu.
Their excuse was the manageress was new today, but she must have had training first I would have thought
